Instead of the circle with our initials in front of our name, it'd be cool to be able to upload an avatar/profile pic. Unless there's a way to do that, that I'm just not seeing?

Hi, Yes I just figured it out.
1) Find your name in the top right corner and hover over dropdown arrow (you must be logged in)
2) Click on "profile"
3) Then click on "edit profile"
4) and then "change picture"
